Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return window. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn (e.g., tote bags) or unused (e.g., stationery)—and in its original packaging. Please also provide your order number or proof of purchase. Please also note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable /courier method to send your return as we cannot be responsible for non-receipt or be liable for damage caused during the return.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@ayoissadesigns.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if it’s damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised cards), are not eligible for return. If you have questions about your specific item, please reach out to us.

Downloadable digital products

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method, within a certain amount of days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
